A roll-off dumpster is an open-top rectangular container that rolls off the back of a specialized truck on delivery — and rolls back on for pickup. Unlike permanent dumpsters with lids, roll-offs are designed for temporary projects. We drop it where you need it, you fill it at your own pace, then we haul it away when you’re done.
It depends on the project. The 10-yard is best for light cleanouts, single-room remodels, small roofing jobs, or yard waste — roughly 3–4 pickup truck loads. The 20-yard handles full home cleanouts, full roof tear-offs, kitchen or bathroom remodels, and most construction debris — about 10 truck loads. The 25-yard is for large-scale projects: multi-room remodels, commercial cleanouts, or whole-roof replacements with heavy material. When in doubt, size up — it’s cheaper than ordering a second dumpster.
Dumpster Monster charges flat rates with no hidden fees. A 10-yard is $400, a 20-yard is $450, and a 25-yard is $500. Every rental includes delivery, pickup, and a full 5 days. Weight allowances are 2,000 lbs for the 10-yard, 4,000 lbs for the 20-yard, and 4,500 lbs for the 25-yard. If you go over on time, it’s $35/day. Overweight fees are 7¢ per pound.
Every rental includes 5 days. If you need more time, call or text before your scheduled pickup and we’ll extend it at $35 per additional day. Finishing early? Call and we’ll come get it.
We serve all of Cuyahoga County plus Lorain, Medina, and Summit counties. Cities include Strongsville, Parma, North Royalton, Berea, Middleburg Heights, Broadview Heights, Brunswick, Brecksville, Cleveland, Medina, Akron, Elyria, Lorain, and Mentor.
Most household and construction debris is fine: furniture, appliances, drywall, lumber, flooring, roofing shingles, carpet, yard waste, and general junk. Note that concrete, brick, and dirt are heavy materials — they’re accepted but count toward your weight limit quickly, so be mindful if you’re mixing them with lighter debris.
Prohibited items include: tires, refrigerators, air conditioners, batteries, propane tanks, and aerosols. Also not accepted: paint, chemicals, solvents, motor oil, liquids of any kind, asbestos, and medical or biohazard waste. These require special disposal per Ohio EPA regulations. Not sure about something specific? Call before you toss it.
Permit requirements vary by municipality. Cities like Cleveland, Parma, and Strongsville may require a right-of-way permit for dumpsters placed on a public street or sidewalk. Driveway placement generally requires no permit. We can advise you on your specific city’s requirements when you book — just let us know where you’re located.

No. As long as you give us clear placement instructions and there’s safe, unobstructed access to the drop spot, we can deliver and pick up without you present. Most customers head to work and come home to find it right where they wanted it.
No — debris must be level with or below the top rim before we can legally haul it. An overfilled dumpster is a road hazard and we’ll need to remove the excess before pickup, which delays your project.
Call and we’ll swap it out. We haul the full one and drop a fresh dumpster — same flat-rate pricing applies to the second. If you think you’re close to capacity before you’re done, it’s better to call early so we can coordinate same-day or next-day delivery.
